Send Ukrainian kids to camp. And write it off.

We run summer camps and school programs for children living through war in Ukraine. Donations are processed by our partner Outpost Centers International, a US 501(c)(3), so your gift is tax-deductible. Partner with us and get a turnkey giving program - named impact, real field reporting, and content your team will be proud of.

Why it matters

War took two things from these kids - safety and childhood

Our camps near Chernivtsi give both back, one week at a time. Sports, mentoring, professional psychological recovery, hot meals, and adults who show up. We have been doing this since 2017 - long before it was in the news.

1,600+

Children served since 2017 - orphans, kids of fallen soldiers, displaced families.

80–95%

Show measurable trauma recovery after our residential program.

$120

Sends one child to camp for a full week - meals, counselors, and care included.

30–40

Staff and volunteers per camp session who know every child by name.

What you get

This is a partnership, not a donation jar

Big companies pay agencies tens of thousands for a CSR program like this. You get it turnkey - starting at $1,000.

A real tax benefit

Gifts are tax-deductible through OCI, a US 501(c)(3). Sponsorship packages with public recognition may qualify as a marketing expense instead. Ask your CPA - they will like both options.

Marketing content, done for you

Photos and video from "your" camp week, ready-to-post stories with your logo, a report you can send to clients. No agencies involved.

A named camp week

"Sponsored by [Your Company]" - on our website, in donor reports, and at the camp itself. Your name on something that actually happened.

Something your team will feel

A live video call with the camp, letters and drawings from the kids, and proof that the company they work for does something real.

Radical transparency

We report weekly from the field - faces, numbers, receipts. You see exactly where every dollar went, not a glossy annual PDF.

A story worth telling

With each family's permission, we share the real story of a child your business helped. Not marketing fluff - the actual kid, the actual outcome.

How the money works

Three steps, zero fog

We are a small fund. That is exactly why your dollars do not dissolve in overhead - and why you will know the kids by name.

Step 1

You give through OCI

Card or ACH on our OCI ministry page. Direct your gift to "Your Help UA" and add a note with your company name and preferred level.

Step 2

The camp week happens

We run the program near Chernivtsi. Your money buys real things - meals, counselors, transport, therapy materials.

Step 3

You get the report

Photos, numbers, and your named impact - weekly from the field while your week runs, then a summary for your CSR file.

Questions your CFO will ask

The fine print, up front

Is my donation tax-deductible?

Yes. Gifts are processed by Outpost Centers International, a US 501(c)(3) nonprofit, which issues your receipt. Consult your tax advisor about your specific situation.

Can we structure it as a sponsorship instead?

Often yes. Packages with public recognition - logo, mentions, named weeks - may qualify as an ordinary marketing expense. Your CPA will know what fits your company best.

How do we pay?

Online by card or ACH through our OCI ministry page. Direct the gift to "Your Help UA" and note your company name. For larger gifts we can arrange a wire - just write to us.

We are in Ukraine or Europe - can we partner too?

Yes. Bank details in UAH, USD and EUR are on our Contacts page, and every partnership benefit works the same.

Can we visit the camp?

Season Partners are invited to visit in person. Every partner joins live video calls with the camp during their sponsored week.

The first step is a conversation
