- Company name (for partners)

- Donation amount

- Payer’s banking details (only to the extent received from payment systems)

- Date and time of visiting the Website

Technical data is collected automatically through web analytics systems (for example, Google Analytics) — in anonymized form. We do not match it to specific individuals.
3. Why we use the data
- To respond to your inquiries — when you fill out forms on the website or write to us by email.
- To process donations — payment confirmation, reporting, issuing receipts or agreements.
- For volunteer selection — processing volunteer applications, coordinating participation in briefings.

4. How long we store data
- Donation data — at least 5 years from the date of donation (accounting requirement).
- Volunteer applications — until the end of the season + 1 year.
- General inquiries via the contact form — up to 2 years from the last interaction.
- Technical data (analytics) — automatically anonymized after 14 months.
5. Who we share data with
Foundation does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only in the following cases:
- Payment systems (bank, PayPal, etc.) — to the extent necessary to process the donation.

We are do not collect knowingly personal data of children under 14 without the consent of parents or guardians. If you discover that a child has provided data without consent, write to us and we will delete it.

We reserve the right to update this Policy. The current version is always available at yourhelpfund.org.ua/privacy-policy. In case of significant changes, we will notify users on the website homepage or via email.
